My name is Craig, and I've been in law enforcement for just over 29 years. I've been involved with using the devices, I believe, since 2013. When I was introduced to it, I was a little apprehensive because of a lack of knowledge about the devices, but with a little training and a little bit of exposure to it, using it in a training atmosphere, I began to trust it a lot more.
In my personal life, I have carried it in an off-duty capacity, simply because of the environments that I may be in, which don't allow the carrying of a firearm. But I do believe it is a valuable asset to me as a law enforcement officer, as well as just a private citizen.
