Shipping Information

Currently, we only ship and sell products to the United States. All orders require at least 24 business-day-hours for processing before being shipped, Monday-Friday. All orders containing a TASER device will require an Adult (over the age of 21) signature upon delivery.

Please note once your order has been placed, we are not able to edit your shipping address or contents within order. Cancellation may be dependent on order status, and requires written request submission via email to team@taser.com.

We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, due to the nature of our products and requirement of adult signature upon delivery. If you place an order with a shipping address that reflects a P.O. Box, TASER Self-Defense will reach out to you to request a valid address so we can continue to ship your order.

If you are shipping an order to a city or state with restrictions, please allow extra time for processing as background checks or additional requirements may delay shipping.

For shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico, please note there is a minimum order amount of $900.

Battery Shipments:

Because Lithium Batteries are considered dangerous goods, they may be subject to safety regulations which require that they be restricted to ground shipping. If you have placed an order for a battery pack that does not include a TASER device and selected an expedited shipping method, please reach out to team@taser.com for more assistance. Please refer to the UPS website to stay up to date on any changes, policies, or guidelines.

UPS Suspension of Service Guarantee

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee was reinstated only for the following service:

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®

Note: Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air Saver® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

The Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS® shipments not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination.

TASER Self-Defense Policies

TASER Self-Defense follows UPS shipping guidelines. Please refer to the UPS website to stay up to date on any changes. To make shipment changes, redirects or hold at UPS Store for a package shipped via UPS, you can create a UPS MyChoice account here, which may allow you to make any changes in the event you are unable to sign for your package or not available during the time of delivery.


Axon Enterprise, Inc.’s Warranty, Limitations and Release – Civilian Products (Effective March 27, 2020)

The following Axon Enterprise, Inc. (“Axon”) warranty provisions are applicable on all sales or transfers of TASER Civilian Products, including TASER conducted energy weapons (CEWs).1 The terms “Purchaser,” “your,” and “you” mean any purchaser, transferee, possessor, or user of the Axon brand Civilian Products.


Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty 2

Axon warrants that its citizen model CEWs (Pulse 2, Pulse, Pulse+, Bolt 2, StrikeLight, StrikeLight 2, X1 Professional Series, X2 Professional Series, and TASER 7 CQ Home Defense Series) and cartridges are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of receipt. Cartridges that are expended are deemed to have operated properly. Axon-manufactured accessories, including, but not limited to: batteries and battery packs; battery chargers; carrying cases; cables; holsters; and camera mounts are covered under a limited 90-DAY warranty from the date of receipt. Non-Axon manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturers’ warranty. In the event any country or state imposes a longer express warranty term than that described in this warranty document, then the country or state’s term will take precedence.

If a valid warranty claim is received by Axon within the warranty period, Axon agrees to repair or replace the product which Axon determines in its sole discretion to be defective under normal use, as defined in the product instructions. Axon’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to either repair or replace with the same or like product, at Axon’s option. Axon will undertake the repair, replacement, or refund one time during the warranty period.

Non-Repairable Devices for Civilian Purchases: In an effort to ensure dedication to customer safety, if you submit a device to Axon Enterprise, Inc. (Axon) that is deemed non-repairable or inoperable (outside of the Warranty period), you will be given the following choices: 1) the device will be destroyed and you will receive a discount on a new device, or 2) the device will be returned to you as is. Axon strongly recommends that you attempt to troubleshoot your product using troubleshooting steps available online, printed materials, and/or written communications provided to you directly, if applicable.
