My first name is Chandler and I've been in law enforcement for just over eight years.
In the departments that I've worked in, we currently use TASER devices for de-escalation techniques to help keep the community safe as well as our officers. It's another tool that can help us get or resolve a solution or a situation peacefully, where we can still reduce the impact of severe injury to the people that we're in contact with as well as our officers.
We're not having to go hands on necessarily. We can deploy safe, less lethal tools to have a better resolution that makes everyone safer and less prone to being harmed.
Using the TASER in my profession, I have that trust with the technology that TASER products have.
I would also be trusting to bring them home to use to protect my family or myself, or even tell others that this product is reliable to protect you or your loved ones.
